Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the MovieZila Android app (the "App") or the website at MovieZila.codingyari.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else (for example, a family member's device), you accept these terms on their behalf as well.

MovieZila is a free Android streaming application that offers movies, web series, live TV channels and short vertical videos. The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service is provided under a guest model: there is no registration, no subscription and no payment. New users receive 1 year of Prime access at no cost, as described in the Prime Membership section below.

MovieZila does not use accounts, so there are no usernames or passwords to protect. Your access is tied to a random, anonymous device identifier created on your device, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the devices you use to access the Service and for all activity that happens through the App on those devices.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• misuse, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of the App or its API except where permitted by applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related servers or other users' data;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, including automated scraping, excessive requests or denial-of-service activity;
• resell, sublicense, redistribute or charge others for access to the Service;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Movie titles, descriptions, posters and related media shown in the Service may come from third-party public sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content, and we may update or remove listings at any time.

The Service does not host video or copyrighted media files on its servers. Videos, metadata and live TV streams are linked or indexed from publicly available APIs and media servers. We do not guarantee the availability, quality or legality of any specific title, stream or channel.

The MovieZila name, logo, design and the App itself are owned by CodingYari and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All third-party trademarks, titles and content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The Service relies on outside services, including an open movie database API, video and live TV streaming servers, and the Google Play Integrity API. These services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

When you press play, your device may connect directly to a third-party server. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what these services may receive.

New users receive 1 year of Prime access at no cost — no credit card, no recurring billing and no hidden paywalls. Prime status is applied to your anonymous guest session.

Prime membership is a promotional benefit, not a purchase. We may change, pause or end the Prime program, and we may revoke Prime status from sessions that abuse the Service, in each case with notice through the App or this website where reasonably possible.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change, pause or be discontinued without notice.

The App may deliver updates through its built-in update check. Keeping the App up to date helps you get fixes and new features, and ensures requests come from a genuine copy of the App.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodingYari and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits or enjoyment — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
